How Does Executive Coaching Work?
Your executive coaching programme comprises a set-up phase followed by six online or face-to-face coaching sessions.
Here’s what to expect.
1. Discovery
During your free 30-minute discovery call, you tell me exactly where you are in your business journey, and what you want to get out of your coaching sessions.
On this call, we’ll find out how well we relate to each other and decide if we both want to work together.
2. Contracting
We’ll have a further free call to scope a bespoke programme for you. This will take into account your vision, values, and personal preferences.
Here we’ll also agree on the format and frequency of your coaching sessions and set up the contract between us.
3. Getting Started
During your first paid session we’ll clarify where you are today and what future success looks like for you personally and professionally.
You’ll come away with realistic growth goals that you can commit to and a clear pathway to achieving those goals.
4. Making Progress
Over the course of a further five sessions, I’ll support you, challenge you, and encourage you as you make progress.
During these sessions, you’ll also gain greater self-awareness, increase your resilience, and understand how best to bring energy for impact.
5. Review
At the end of your final session, we’ll review your progress against your goals as well as your personal learnings.
You may decide to continue your coaching journey by adding additional sessions as required.
